Brian will coordinate with the Church Provost.
• Brian suggested that we sell “Keep Christ in Christmas” cards as a fund raiser.  He will coordinate with the Church Provost to see if any other organization is sell cards.

• John Gunther reported the 19-inch TV/DVD combo was purchased and donated to the RCIA program at the Church.  We received a thank you note from the director.

New Business:

John Gunther noted that several people fell at the step in the rear of Raphael Hall.  He suggested that Knights look into a project to providing the materials and manpower to erect hand rails, a ramp and/or paint the step to improve the safety hazard.  A motion was made and passed to make the study.  Brain will coordinate with the Church Provost.

The Scholarship Raffle will be held this fall.  After the regular business meeting the member stuffed envelopes for the mailing to Knights and former buyers.  Watch for tickets in the mail and help support the Raffle.

Joe Foley raised a concern the dues checks for this year were not yet cashed.  He suggested that a more timely method of deposit be considered.
