-Reading of the Minutes.  Motion to accept the business meet= ing minutes was put forward.  Moti= on passes.

-In attendance was Regional District Deputy John Nussb= aum.

            •   The budget was approved.

            New Business:=

            •   Volunteers are needed for coo= king on Friday and registration and serving on Saturday.  Contact Tom Smith.
            •   RSV= P to Mark Parrish.  We need ga= mes for the kids and some grills.

            •   He would prefer to= have a contractor do the work.
            • &nbs= p; Contact Tom Smith.  We will have a membership table.
            •   Contact Frank Castillo.
            •   A $400 advance deposit was ma= de by the council for the band.
            •   Bill Wolf will complete the t= erm.
