We are planning for our Operation Lamb drive this fall. The weekends are September 21, 22, and 23 and October 12, 13 and 14, 2007. Attached is a schedule showing the approved solicitation times and locations for our members.
The locations are:
Kmart at Strickland and Six Forks
Harris Teeter (North Ridge), Falls of the Neuse and Spring Forest
Walmart at New Hope Church Road
Please contact me at 845-7770 or ddemo@nc.rr.com to schedule a time. Our goal this year is $5,300.
Please feel free to bring you children to help you to collect and hand-out the Tootsie Rolls. Patrons always seem to contribute more when the children are there.
I will be stationed in the Utility Shed behind at the rear parking lot of St. Raphael’s during the time periods shown on the schedule. Please report to the Utility Shed about 20 minutes before your assigned time to pick-up your apron, canisters, and Tootsie Rolls. When you arrive at your sight, please check in with the Customer Service Desk. We have been approved by the management of the stores. When you are done with your shift, please report back to me at the Utility Shed to drop-off you apron, canisters (full of money) and remaining Tootsie Rolls.
